Albino Corydora

Albino Corydora, Corydoras aeneus or Osteogaster aeneus, are actually an albino variant of the Bronze Corydora. They hail from the Amazon river basin in a number of South American countries. They prefer to be kept in groups of at least 6 due to their social shoaling behaviour. They're a peaceful and excellent choice for beginner aquarists. It's recommended you have a smooth gravel or sand substrate for them to forage for food. Albino corys grow to around 3 inches, kept at 72-82°F and prefer slightly acidic to neutral waters (6-7.5 pH). You can keep a group of them in a tank of 15+ gallons.
