Black Lace Veil Angelfish

Black Lace Veil Angelfish, Pterophyllum scalare, are a colour variant of the widely-kept freshwater Angelfish. They possess black bodies and fins. Some have a little silver on their belly's as well. Angelfish prefer water temperatures between 75–84°F (24–28°C), a slightly acidic pH of 6.5 - 7.5, and a minimum tank size of 20 gallons. They are relatively peaceful but do sometimes show aggression especially while breeding.
