Clown Killifish

Clown Killifish, Epiplatys annulatus, also known as the rocket killifish or banded panchax are native to freshwater habitats in West Africa. They striped black and white bodies with a multicoloured blue-red-yellow tail fin that resembles a rocket exhaust! They get to around 1.5 inches. There are a number of ways to lower your pH naturally to help these fish thrive. These include adding peat moss/pellets to your filter in a media bag, CO2 injection and adding tannins via driftwood or botanicals.
