Dusky Nerite Snail

Dusky Nerites, scientifically known as Neritina pulligera or black helmet nerites, are known for their algae-eating abilities and dark helmet-shaped shells. They are found over wide swathes of Southeast Asia, Australia and Africa. They will not reproduce in your tank unless you have brackish water. 

It is recommended to maintain a pH between 7.0-8.5, and a  temperature range of 72-82°F (22-28°C).
