Staurogyne repens (Tissue Culture) from Tropica is a carpeting plant that hails from South America. It is one of the easiest carpeting plants that requires a little pruning when first introduced to your aquarium. According to Tropica, the longest upright shoots should be cut off and new, horizontally creeping shoots will soon form from the plant basis and gradually colonize the gravel.
