Sunset Neon Platy

The Sunset Neon Platy Platy, Xiphophorus maculatus, is a colour variant of the ever-popular Platy. It sports a yellow body with some orange on their tail and head. They're great community fish and can be kept in a 10+ gallon tank. 

They're a perfect fish for beginners as they're hardy and resilient livebearers (they have live young instead of laying eggs). They prefer temperatures between 20-25°C (68-77°F) and pH range of 7.0-8.0.
